New York (CNNMoney) -- If a website you're trying to reach is blocked for legal reasons, do you have a right to know about it?

The only problem is how do you force those blocking a site/page to use 451? Most censors won't want to admit they are blocking it, so they won't use it.

Every time a site is blocked, the rest of the world should, at random block a domain name from the same country, putting the name up on a list to let everyone know which site was blocked and why.
