I would love to be paying under $3.00 per gallon. Here in Southern Oregon prices are currently between $3.39 the lowest and $3.59 the highest, depending on where you fill up. In the past when I travel north to the capital, prices have always been .15 to .25 cents cheaper.

The Chicago area has some of the highest prices in the nation. Haven't seen anything near $3.00 for a few years.

Dear ALL,
After you install DCD Controller onto your vehicle, your gasoline prices will become always 10% to 15% cheaper no matter where you go. Why? DCD Controller works to deactivate the cylinders smartly to save your fuel.
DCD stands for Dynamic Cylinder Deactivation, the latest fuel saving technology for internal combustion engines. DCD deactivates all the cylinders inside the engine alternatively, dynamically and in a way of keeping thermal balance and mechanical balance between cylinders while keeping best engine overall torque balance.
"DCD Controller" is an electronic control kit for aftermarket automotive engine retrofitting. It applies DCD control patterns to existing engines. Based on our Alpha test, DCD Controller could bring some 5% to 18% fuel savings to the vehicles right after the installation.
For further details, please search online with "DCD" ---- contest.techbriefs.c-o-m/component/content/article/1912

S Florida will for ever be the most expensive area for all of Florida..
When I travel to NE Orlando or Clearwater, I pay there an average of .15 to .25 cents cheaper per gallon for the same brand gasoline.

Gas around here is $3.45 to $3.55. I don't know if that is lowest in the nation, but it is better than the $3.55 to $3.75 that we paid a few weeks ago.

When the economy tanks completely, gas will go well below $3.00.

I believe it is more thanks to the village idiot and then the oil companies as they are probably taking a hint from what he is trying to accomplish.

Yes if gas usage continues to go down the oil co. will just ship it out to china or india or some other thirsty country. Do they care about the US? Hell no! All of their subsidies should be taken away and a hefty export tax should be slapped on them.
